REQUIRED COUNSELING

All Reverse Mortgage Programs require that you attend a class offered by an approved (by HUD) third party non affiliated agency.

We strongly recommend you take an adult family member, financial advisor or trusted friend to the one hour counseling session.  You will need the following five items in your possession prior to the counseling session.

• Preparing for Your Counseling Session  (provided by lender)
• The National Council on Aging (NCOA) booklet, Use Your Home to Stay at Home (provided by lender)
• Loan comparison (provided by lender)
• Loan Amortization Schedule (provided by lender)
• Total Annual Loan Cost TALC (provided by lender) 

The last three items must be relevant to your personal situation and will be provided by Axia Financial
